Police in Hanumangarh have registered a fresh case against independent MLA Ganeshraj Bansal after complainant Richpal Kharra alleged that the legislator got threats delivered in the name of gangster Harry Boxer via a WhatsApp call.
Hanumangarh police said they have filed a new case against independent MLA Ganeshraj Bansal following a complaint by local resident Richpal Kharra.
According to the complaint, Kharra stated that Bansal arranged for threats to be communicated to him in the name of gangster Harry Boxer, who is linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi syndicate, through a WhatsApp call.
The allegation stems from an existing enmity between the parties, and police are investigating the claim under relevant provisions of the law.
