Punjabi pop star Guru Randhawa is set to perform at the Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC), marking a historic moment for Indian artists at the renowned U.S. festival.
Guru Randhawa, known for chart‑topping hits like "Lahore" and "High Rated Gabru," will headline a set at the Electric Daisy Carnival, one of the world’s largest electronic music festivals.
The performance, scheduled for the festival’s upcoming edition in Las Vegas, will see Randhawa sharing the stage with international DJs and producers, a first for a Hindi‑speaking artist at EDC.
Industry insiders say the move reflects the growing global appeal of Indian pop music and the festival’s push to diversify its lineup.
Randhawa’s appearance is expected to attract a large fan base from the Indian diaspora and younger audiences who follow his crossover collaborations.
The event is being promoted as a milestone for Indian representation in mainstream Western music festivals.
