In a swift operation, Guna police have cracked a robbery case involving ₹17 lakh within just 18 hours. The incident occurred in the Lower Market area, where two suspects, identified as Saurabh and Raghav, used a spray to distract the victim before making off with the bag containing cash.
The police acted on intelligence and apprehended not only the main culprits but also two accomplices: Rahul Jatav, who aided the robbers, and Vijay Yadav, the informant who provided crucial information.
Authorities recovered ₹16.77 lakh in cash along with a Swift car used in the crime. The investigation was closely monitored by senior officials, including the Inspector General and Superintendent of Police, highlighting the department's commitment to swiftly addressing such criminal activities.
