Gujarat Police Unveils AI Tool to Accelerate NDPS Case Analysis

The Gujarat Police announced the launch of its first AI-driven tool for NDPS case analysis on Thursday, marking a significant step towards technology-enabled policing. The platform, unveiled at the police headquarters in Gandhinagar, uses machine learning algorithms to sift through vast amounts of case data, identifying patterns and linking related incidents. According to officials, the system can flag potential drug trafficking networks and predict future hotspots, thereby aiding investigators in prioritizing resources. Police Commissioner R. K.
