The Data and Public Infrastructure Initiative (DPII) has recorded more than 40,000 reforms aimed at improving business ease in India over the past decade, with Gujarat topping the list.

The Data and Public Infrastructure Initiative (DPII) released a comprehensive report indicating that India has implemented over 40,000 reforms designed to enhance the ease of doing business in the last ten years.

Among all states, Gujarat emerged as the front‑runner, contributing the highest number of reforms and consistently ranking at the top of the DPII’s state‑by‑state performance list.
