In Gujarat, real estate developers have rolled out a moderate number of new projects, banking on a revival of demand during the upcoming festive season. The cautious launch activity reflects a measured optimism among industry players.
Gujarat's property market has witnessed a modest increase in new project launches over the past weeks. Developers said they are counting on the festive period, traditionally a peak time for home buying, to boost sales and consumer confidence. Analysts view the restrained launch pace as a balanced strategy, aiming to avoid oversupply while staying ready for expected demand uplift.
