A Gujarat state delegation concluded its promotional roadshows in Australia and New Zealand as preparations intensify for the upcoming VGGS 2027 event.
The Gujarat government sent a senior delegation to Australia and New Zealand this week to showcase the state's investment opportunities and cultural assets. Over a series of meetings with local business chambers, government officials, and potential investors, the team highlighted Gujarat's industrial parks, renewable‑energy projects, and export‑driven sectors.
The roadshows formed part of a broader outreach program aimed at attracting foreign participation for the upcoming VGGS 2027, an international summit slated to be hosted by Gujarat. Organisers expect the event to draw delegations from more than 30 countries, focusing on trade, technology, and sustainable development.
Officials from the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation said the positive response in both countries signals growing interest in the state's growth agenda. Follow‑up visits and detailed project proposals are planned in the coming months to convert the outreach into concrete investments.
