Gujarat ATS Nabs 5 More Suspects in JeM Module Probe

The Gujarat Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) arrested five more persons on Thursday in a case involving a suspected Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) module. The arrests were part of a broader probe into alleged extremist activities in the state. According to the ATS, the suspects were linked to a network that allegedly planned to carry out terror operations. The squad said the operation was carried out in coordination with intelligence agencies. The arrests are expected to strengthen the state's counter‑terrorism efforts.
