A fire broke out in the Kosi Express train at Simri Bakhtiyarpur railway station in Bihar. The train's brake pad caught fire, causing panic among passengers.
The incident occurred on Wednesday morning when the Hatia-Kosi Express train stopped at Simri Bakhtiyarpur railway station. As the train halted, flames and thick smoke started emanating from beneath the bogie. The fire was reported to have started from the brake pad of the train. The cause of the fire is not yet known. The train was on its way from Hatia to Kosi, connecting Bihar and Jharkhand.
