FDA Chief Srinivas K Leads Vidhana Soudha Raid Over Alleged Corruption

Earlier this week, officials from the Karnataka Food and Drug Administration, led by Chief Srinivas K, conducted a raid on Vidhana Soudha, the state legislature building in Bangalore. The operation was part of an investigation into alleged irregularities in a 5‑star kitchen project that had been awarded to a private contractor. Police and security forces assisted the FDA team in seizing documents, contracts and kitchen equipment suspected of being linked to the alleged corruption. The seized items are now under review by investigators, and the case remains under active scrutiny by state authorities.
