Reports indicate that filmmaker Amit Rai is no longer involved with the upcoming sequel ‘OMG 3’ after a split with the producers over creative issues.
Bollywood trade sources have reported that Amit Rai, who was slated to direct the sequel titled “OMG 3,” has left the project. The departure is said to stem from creative differences between the director and the film’s makers.
The news, first published by Bollywood Hungama, confirms that Rai’s exit is being treated as a professional split rather than a legal dispute. No further details about the nature of the disagreements have been disclosed.
With the director’s departure, the production team will need to appoint a new filmmaker to steer the sequel forward, though timelines for that decision remain unclear.
