Diljit Dosanjh explains why he has never performed in Bihar

Punjabi pop star Diljit Dosanjh, who enjoys a massive fan base across India, has publicly acknowledged that he has never held a concert in the state of Bihar. The singer, known for his crossover hits in both music and film, said the absence of a Bihar performance is a matter of his own choosing. In a recent statement, Dosanjh revealed that a particular factor has kept him from touring the region, though the exact details were not disclosed in the report. Fans and media outlets have noted the gap in his touring schedule, but the artist’s comment confirms that the decision was deliberate. The clarification comes amid growing demand for his shows in eastern India, and the singer’s remarks may shape future concert planning.

Diljit’s acknowledgment comes at a time when many regional audiences are seeking more live entertainment options. While the precise reason remains unspecified, his openness about the issue underscores the importance of logistical and personal considerations that artists weigh when planning tours. Observers will watch for any updates should the circumstances change.

The statement was reported by WION, which highlighted the singer’s candidness about his Bihar tour status. No further comments were provided by the artist’s representatives, and no official schedule for a future Bihar performance has been announced.
