Digvijaya Singh Questions Ram Mandir Trust Over Rs 12.5 Crore Donation Accounting

Senior Congress leader and former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijaya Singh has publicly questioned the financial accountability of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. He specifically raised concerns about the utilization and accounting of the reported ₹12.5 crore in donations collected for the Ayodhya Ram Mandir.

Singh directed his criticism towards the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the Ram Mandir Trust, and its General Secretary Champat Rai. The former Chief Minister demanded transparency regarding where the substantial amount of public contributions has been accounted for. He emphasized the need for the Trust to provide clear answers on the financial management of the funds received.
