After repairs, the Old RTR flyover connecting Vasant Vihar to Indira Gandhi International Airport reopened for light vehicles on Monday evening. Heavy vehicles remain prohibited.
Commuters travelling from Vasant Vihar to Indira Gandhi International Airport received a welcome reprieve on Monday evening. The Old RTR flyover, which had been closed since October 20th for repair work, was reopened for light vehicles. The reopening is expected to ease traffic congestion on the route. However, the restriction on heavy vehicles remains in place.
