The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasts Delhi will remain cool over the weekend, with temperatures expected to rise gradually after today.

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a weather bulletin indicating that Delhi will experience relatively cooler temperatures throughout the weekend.

According to the bulletin, the city’s maximum temperatures are expected to stay below the usual summer highs, providing relief to residents.

The IMD also noted that after today’s cooler spell, temperatures are likely to rise gradually, signalling the onset of the hotter phase of the monsoon season.

Meteorologists advise citizens to stay hydrated and limit outdoor activities during the warmer hours.

The forecast is part of the department’s regular updates to help the public plan daily activities.
