The India Meteorological Department has forecast showers, thunderstorms and gusty winds across Delhi and the National Capital Region for tomorrow.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a weather advisory for the Delhi-NCR region, warning of widespread showers and thunderstorms on the upcoming day. Meteorologists noted that the system is expected to bring intermittent rain accompanied by gusty winds, potentially affecting daily commute and outdoor activities.
Authorities have urged residents to stay alert, secure loose objects, and avoid non-essential travel during periods of heavy downpour. The forecast also highlights the possibility of localized flooding in low-lying areas, prompting municipal bodies to monitor drainage systems closely.
The advisory follows a series of recent rain events that have already caused disruptions in traffic and public transport across the capital. Citizens are advised to keep updated with real-time weather updates through official channels and media outlets.
