Delhi registered a minimum temperature of 17.1°C on Thursday, the lowest recorded for October in recent years. The reading was taken at the Central Delhi weather station and signals the onset of winter chill across the National Capital Region. Historically, October minima in Delhi hover around 20°C, making this drop significant for residents and businesses alike. Meteorological officials attribute the dip to a strengthening cold front moving from the north. Authorities advise citizens to dress warmly and stay updated on weather advisories as temperatures continue to fall.
