CPI(ML) Liberation has refuted claims of its MLAs cross-voting in the Jharkhand Rajya Sabha elections, asserting their support was cast for the Congress candidate as agreed. The party advised Congress to introspect its own legislative support issues.

The CPI(ML) Liberation has strongly denied allegations of cross-voting by its Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) in the recent Jharkhand Rajya Sabha elections. The party clarified that both its legislators voted in accordance with the pre-election understanding, supporting the Congress candidate.

The denial comes amidst internal friction within the INDIA bloc following the election results. The CPI(ML) Liberation pointed to the Congress's inability to ensure the support of its own legislators as a key factor in the setback. The party suggested that rather than blaming allies, the Congress should examine its internal organizational strength and legislative management.

Furthermore, the CPI(ML) Liberation cautioned that directing blame towards alliance partners could prove detrimental to the overall unity and effectiveness of the INDIA bloc. The party emphasized the need for introspection and strategic alignment among constituents to strengthen the coalition.
