New Zealand opener Devon Conway has been ruled out for the remainder of the ODI series against India due to injury.
New Zealand's batting lineup received a significant blow as opener Devon Conway was confirmed to be unavailable for the remaining matches of the ODI series against India.
The decision to rule Conway out of the rest of the series was announced by the New Zealand cricket authorities, citing his current physical condition. This absence means Conway will not feature in any further one-day internationals scheduled during this tour.
Conway is a key figure in the New Zealand top order, and his unavailability puts pressure on the team management to adjust their batting strategy for the upcoming fixtures. The rest of the squad is expected to continue with the series as planned, with other players stepping up to fill the void in the opening partnership.
