In the recent civic repolling held in Rajasthan, the Congress party won six seats while the Bharatiya Janata Party secured three. The BJP lost all four wards it contested in Jaipur.
The repolling was conducted for vacant seats in various municipal bodies across Rajasthan. According to the official results, Congress candidates emerged victorious in six constituencies, strengthening their presence in local bodies. The Bharatiya Janata Party managed to win only three seats in the same exercise. Notably, all four wards in Jaipur where BJP had fielded candidates were lost to other parties, marking a significant setback for the party in the state's capital.
