Congress asks Amit Shah if he still seeks 2/3 majority for delimitation bill, Lok Sabha not prorogued

Party leaders said that seeking such a super‑majority without broad consensus could spark political friction. They also reminded that any decision to prorogue the Lok Sabha would need parliamentary endorsement, which has not been granted.
