CM Pema Khandu Chairs 25th Arunachal Wildlife Board Meeting, Welcomes New Members

The 25th session of the Arunachal Pradesh State Wildlife Board was convened under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Pema Khandu. The meeting, held in the state capital, brought together senior officials from the forest department, wildlife experts and representatives of local communities.

During the proceedings, the board reviewed ongoing conservation projects, including habitat restoration and anti-poaching initiatives. The chief minister emphasized the need for stronger coordination among agencies to protect the region's rich biodiversity.

The meeting concluded with a consensus to prioritize tiger and elephant corridors in the upcoming fiscal year.
