Chief Minister Omar addressed a gathering of 55 newly appointed JKAS and Accounts Service officers, urging them to bring about systemic change.
Chief Minister Omar delivered a speech to a group of 55 newly inducted officers of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) and the Accounts Service during a ceremony in Srinagar. He underscored the vital role that fresh talent plays in strengthening governance and public administration.
