CM Dr. Mohan Yadav urges Shivpuri farmers to obtain Farmer ID at Balram Krishi Mahotsav

At the Balram Krishi Mahotsav in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, speaking virtually, appealed to farmers to register for a Farmer ID and outlined available agricultural schemes.
The Balram Krishi Mahotsav was held on Saturday in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, bringing together local farmers, agricultural officials and extension workers to showcase government initiatives for the farming community.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav joined the event through a virtual address. He urged every farmer present to apply for a Farmer ID, describing it as a gateway to a range of benefits and streamlined access to state-sponsored services.
During his speech, the CM briefed participants on several schemes linked to the Farmer ID, including subsidy disbursements, crop insurance, credit facilities and market linkage programs designed to improve farm profitability.
Organisers said the festival will continue to disseminate information on best practices and upcoming government programs, aiming to boost adoption of the Farmer ID across the district.
