CJP Protest Turns Violent

A protest march by CJP towards the Parliament turned violent today. The protesters had gathered at Jantar Mantar since morning, demanding reforms in the education system and the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. The situation took a turn for the worse when the protesters clashed with the police, resulting in the use of tear gas and lathi charge. The CJP spokesperson claimed that one of their leaders, Deepak, was taken into custody by the police.
