A car struck a motorcycle, killing two riders on the spot and injuring three others who were left trapped inside a Swift without immediate assistance.
Earlier today a road accident involving a car and a motorcycle resulted in two fatalities. The collision occurred when the car rammed into the bike, killing both riders instantly.
Three other occupants, part of a group of four friends who had travelled from Gujarat, sustained injuries. They were inside a Maruti Swift when the crash happened and remained trapped inside the vehicle for a considerable time before help arrived.
Local witnesses reported that no immediate assistance was provided, prompting concerns over the delayed emergency response. Police and medical teams later reached the scene, extracted the injured, and transported them to the nearest hospital for treatment.
Authorities have opened an investigation to determine the cause of the crash and to assess whether any traffic violations contributed to the incident.
