The Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) has introduced a new mobile customer‑care app that lets residents file GPS‑tagged complaints about delayed Kaveri water supply or pipeline leaks.

The Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) has launched a new mobile customer‑care application that enables residents of Bengaluru to lodge complaints directly through a GPS‑based system. The app is designed to address issues such as delayed Kaveri water supply to residential areas and pipeline leakages.

Users can record the exact location of the problem, attach photos and submit the complaint with a single tap. The real‑time data is routed to the board’s operations centre, allowing maintenance crews to be dispatched promptly.

The initiative aims to improve response times, increase accountability and reduce water loss across the city’s supply network. The application is available for free on both Android and iOS platforms, and residents can track the status of their complaints through the same interface.

BWSSB officials said the tool will help streamline grievance redressal and enhance overall service quality for Bangalore’s water consumers.
