Several schools in Noida's Gautam Budh Nagar district received bomb threat emails, leading police and cyber teams to conduct thorough inspections and trace the source.

Several schools in the Gautam Budh Nagar district of Noida reported receiving emails that threatened bomb attacks on their premises. The messages, which arrived in the early hours of the day, prompted immediate concern among school administrators and parents.

The Uttar Pradesh police mobilised security teams to each affected school, carrying out detailed inspections of classrooms, laboratories and common areas. Officers searched for any suspicious objects or materials and ensured that normal school activities could resume safely.

A specialised cyber cell has been tasked with tracing the origin of the threatening emails. Investigators are analysing the digital footprints and coordinating with internet service providers to identify the sender.

Authorities noted that similar threats were received in February and July of this year, both of which were later deemed hoaxes after thorough checks. While no explosive devices have been found, officials have urged schools to remain vigilant and report any further suspicious communications without delay.
