Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) activist Lakhowal organized a gherao at the office of the executive engineer (XEN) in Mohali, demanding immediate action on frequent electricity interruptions.
The protestors highlighted that residents have been enduring repeated power cuts, which they say are compounded by unusually high electricity bills.
