A BKTC employee named Nautiyal has been taken into custody by authorities after accusations of stealing offerings from the Badrinath temple.
A BKTC employee, identified as Nautiyal, was arrested by police on Thursday after allegations surfaced that he had taken offerings from the Badrinath temple.
The arrest followed an investigation by the temple authorities, who reported that several items were missing from the shrine’s storage. Police recovered a number of the stolen items during a search of the employee’s residence.
