In a significant development, the Delhi Police have arrested Hira Paswan, the Bihar BJP SC-ST Morcha president from Cuttack, Odisha. He was allegedly involved in a land fraud case in Samastipur, Bihar. The police action comes after a thorough investigation into the matter. Paswan has been accused of grabbing 285 gaz of land and then hiding in Cuttack after changing his identity. The accused has been sent to Tihar Jail.
