BJP councilor’s residence in Indore attacked by goons over old dispute, FIR lodged

A group of unidentified goons broke into the home of a female BJP councilor in Indore, allegedly to pressure her over a longstanding dispute, prompting police to register a case.
Indore police reported that a team of goons entered the residence of a female councilor belonging to the Bharatiya Janata Party on Tuesday night. The intruders forced their way into the house located in a residential area of the city, causing damage to doors and windows.
Law enforcement officials arrived at the scene shortly after the incident was reported and filed a First Information Report (FIR) against the unidentified assailants. The FIR notes that the attack appears to be pre‑meditated and was carried out with the intent to intimidate the elected representative.
