BJP Accuses Sonia Gandhi of Exposing Congress's Anti‑Ram Stance via Babri Claim

India's ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has accused opposition leader Sonia Gandhi of using a claim about the Babri Masjid site to expose the Congress party's alleged anti‑Ram stance. The BJP spokesperson said that Gandhi's remarks reveal a hidden agenda within the Congress that is contrary to the sentiments of the Hindu community. The statement comes amid growing tensions over the historic Babri Masjid demolition site in Ayodhya. No official response has been issued by the Congress party to the BJP's allegations.
