Bihar: Relatives Clash With Police

A dramatic incident unfolded at the Masaurhi police station in Patna, Bihar, where relatives of two arrested youths created a ruckus. The two youths were arrested on charges of drinking alcohol. The relatives, who had come to the station to secure their release, allegedly turned violent and attacked the female constables on duty. The attackers allegedly bit and injured the female police personnel and also tore their uniforms. Furthermore, they attempted to snatch a government rifle from the police.
