An inspection at Salakhua police station in Bihar's Kosi region has revealed a middleman's operation, leading to the suspension of ten police personnel.
Following a tip from police headquarters, the Deputy Inspector General of the Kosi region conducted a surprise inspection at the Salakhua police station. The inspection confirmed alleged links between the station house officer and a suspected middleman.
During the inspection, case diaries from three different police stations were reportedly found in the middleman's bag. This discovery has prompted swift action from authorities.
As a direct consequence of the findings, ten police personnel have been suspended. The investigation aims to uncover the extent of this alleged illegal operation within the police department.
