A dispute over a Rs 3 lakh debt and a mobile phone escalated into violence in Bihar's Samastipur district, where a man allegedly threatened his friend with a pistol.
In an alarming incident in the Sarairanjan police station area of Samastipur, Bihar, a financial dispute between two friends turned violent. The conflict reportedly centered around a sum of three lakh rupees and a mobile phone.
According to initial reports, one of the friends allegedly summoned the other under the pretext of settling the debt. Upon meeting, the accuser is said to have brandished a pistol, threatening the victim's life. Fortunately, the intended victim managed to escape the immediate danger.
