In a fatal accident in Gopalganj district of Bihar, a labourer lost his life while engaged in preparatory work for casting the roof of a house. The incident took place in Koreya village, under the jurisdiction of Bhore police station.
The victim, identified as Rajiv Manjhi, was working near an overhead high-voltage electricity line when he came into contact with the 11,000-volt line. The severe electric shock resulted in his immediate death at the scene.
