Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary announced at a NICDIT meeting that the Integrated Manufacturing Cluster (IMC) in Gaya will receive essential road and water infrastructure by 2027.

At a meeting of the National Institute of Chemical Dyes and Industrial Technologies (NICDIT), Bihar’s Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary reviewed progress on the Gaya Integrated Manufacturing Cluster (IMC). He declared that the state will complete the critical road and water supply infrastructure for the IMC before 2027. The announcement comes as part of a broader effort to boost industrial activity in the region.

The CM highlighted that the new roads will connect key industrial zones to national highways, while a dedicated water supply system will ensure reliable drinking and industrial water. These developments are expected to attract investment and create jobs in the district.

Bihar’s government has earmarked funds for the project, and construction is slated to begin in the next fiscal year. The CM urged stakeholders to cooperate to meet the 2027 deadline.

The announcement was welcomed by local business leaders, who see the infrastructure upgrades as a catalyst for economic growth in Gaya.
