The Bihar Lok Administration and Rural Development Institute (BIPARD) in Gaya, which conducts training for candidates selected for the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC), reported that trainee Rohit Anand was caught using a mobile phone during a scheduled mock examination. The incident occurred during the training program for the 70th batch of BPSC candidates.\n\nAccording to the institute, Anand's use of the device violated the institute's examination rules, which prohibit any electronic assistance during assessments. Faculty members also alleged that he behaved disrespectfully towards them during the session.\n\nFollowing an internal review, BIPARD officials decided to suspend Anand from the training program pending further investigation. The suspension is intended to uphold the integrity of the selection process and maintain discipline among all trainees.\n\nThe institute has not disclosed any additional penalties, but it indicated that any further misconduct could lead to removal from the BPSC candidate list.
