Bihar: 8-yr-old killed by speeding Scorpio

A tragic accident occurred in Bihar when an 8-year-old boy was run over by a speeding Scorpio. The boy had gone out to buy some items and was near Gaura Middle School when the incident happened. The driver of the Scorpio lost control of the vehicle and hit the boy, resulting in his death on the spot. The driver then fled the scene with the vehicle.
