Bhopal Sees Overnight Rain

The overnight rainfall in Bhopal, Sehore, and Raisen has brought relief to the region, signaling a possible revival of the monsoon. The rain has been continuous, with the three districts experiencing a significant downpour. Despite this, the state is still grappling with a 17% deficit in rainfall, with 39 districts receiving below-average rainfall. The weather department has issued a heavy rainfall alert for four districts, warning of potential flash floods and waterlogging. The ongoing rainfall is expected to bring some respite to the parched fields and replenish the water sources.
