Around 1.35 lakh gas consumers in Bhopal are facing supply disruptions due to incomplete e-KYC. Agencies are citing verbal instructions to halt deliveries, while companies are denying written orders.
The e-KYC process has become a major hurdle for LPG consumers in Bhopal. With around 15% of the city's gas consumers affected, the situation is causing inconvenience to many households. The agencies responsible for gas supply are stopping deliveries, citing verbal instructions from their companies. However, the companies are denying any written orders to this effect, leaving consumers in a state of confusion.
