Bank officials highlighted that the launch aligns with the institution’s broader strategy to digitise services and improve accessibility for its growing customer base. The launch event was held virtually, with a brief presentation by the bank’s Chief Technology Officer outlining key features such as instant loan approvals and AI‑powered budgeting tools.
