The Karnataka Health Department will hold a mega camp across the state on Sunday, starting at 9 a.m., to register and distribute the Ayushman Bharat Digital Health Card to eligible beneficiaries.
The initiative aims to provide free treatment facilities under the Ayushman Bharat scheme for BPL cardholders, ensuring they receive digital health cards at their nearest primary health centre.
The camp will operate at every PHC in the state, with staff assisting beneficiaries in registration, verification, and on‑spot issuance of the digital health card.
Officials have urged eligible residents to visit their local PHC early to avoid crowding and to take full advantage of the free service.
