Assam Rifles Holds Mini Marathon to Promote ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Campaign

Assam Rifles, the oldest paramilitary force of India, recently conducted a short‑distance marathon to publicise the government’s ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ initiative. The event was designed to engage the public and encourage households across the country to hoist the national flag on Independence Day and Republic Day. Participants, including local residents and force personnel, ran a brief course while flag‑related messages were displayed along the route. Organisers said the marathon serves both as a fitness activity and a visual reminder of patriotic duty. The force plans to replicate similar outreach events in other regions to sustain the momentum of the flag‑hoisting campaign.

असम राइफल्स ने हाल ही में ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ अभियान को बढ़ावा देने हेतु एक छोटा मैराथन आयोजित किया। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य नागरिकों को राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराने की भावना से जोड़ना और शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य को प्रोत्साहित करना था। स्थानीय लोग और राइफल्स के जवान दोनों ही इस दौड़ में भाग लेकर ध्वज‑प्रेरित संदेशों को देखा। आयोजकों का कहना है कि इस तरह के कार्यक्रमों से राष्ट्रीय अभिमान को सुदृढ़ करने में मदद मिलेगी और भविष्य में अन्य क्षेत्रों में भी ऐसे कार्यक्रमों की योजना है।
