Assam's Chief Minister has called for tighter collaboration between startups, universities and industry to accelerate innovation in the state.
The Chief Minister of Assam delivered a speech at a state technology forum, urging a closer partnership between startups, academia and industry.
He highlighted that such collaboration can accelerate the development of new technologies and bring Assam onto the national innovation map.
The CM said that universities should provide research support and industry should offer real‑world testing grounds, while startups can bring agility and fresh ideas.
He announced that the state government will launch a new initiative to create innovation hubs and provide funding incentives for joint projects.
