Army Chief Inspects Uttarakhand Border Posts, Assesses Operational Readiness

Earlier this week the Chief of the Indian Army travelled to several border outposts in Uttarakhand to gauge their current state of readiness. During the visit he toured the facilities, observed ongoing training exercises and examined the logistical arrangements supporting the troops stationed there. He also held briefings with the commanding officers to discuss any operational challenges and the measures being taken to address them. The inspection underscores the strategic importance of the Himalayan frontier, where maintaining a high level of preparedness is vital for national security and border management.
