A.R. Rahman Composes New Shree Hanuman Chalisa Featuring Five Singers

The Ramayana makers have released a fresh version of the Shree Hanuman Chalisa, a devotional hymn that has long been popular among devotees. The track, composed by the renowned music director A.R. Rahman, features vocal performances by five singers, each bringing a distinct flavor to the traditional verses.

Rahman, known for his innovative fusion of classical and contemporary sounds, has adapted the ancient hymn into a modern arrangement that retains its spiritual essence. The release is part of the makers’ broader initiative to present the epic’s stories through music and visual media.

The song is now available on major streaming platforms and has already attracted attention from both music critics and religious communities. Early reviews highlight the blend of Rahman’s signature orchestration with the devotional fervor of the singers.

The Ramayana production team hopes that the new rendition will resonate with a wide audience, bridging the gap between traditional devotion and contemporary listening habits.
