In Patna, a group of candidates visited Education Minister Mithilesh Tiwari’s residence to demand an increase in job vacancies. Tiwari assured that vacancies would continue to be released until the exam date is announced.

In the early hours of Tuesday, a delegation of candidates arrived at the residence of Bihar Education Minister Mithilesh Tiwari in Patna to press for a higher number of teaching vacancies.
The group, numbering around four, presented their concerns to the minister, citing the growing demand for teaching positions and the lack of timely announcements.
Minister Tiwari responded by assuring the applicants that the government would keep releasing vacancies until the exam date is formally announced. He also emphasized that the administration remains open to dialogue and would discuss the issue with senior officials again.
The visit is expected to prompt a review of the current vacancy release schedule, with officials slated to meet the minister later in the week to address the candidates’ demands.
