ACB Seizes Over ₹8.14 Lakh Cash and 1 kg Gold from Development Officer’s Vehicle in Bikaner

The Anti‑Corruption Bureau recovered more than ₹8.14 lakh in cash and a kilogram of gold during a raid on Development Officer Narayan Suthar’s vehicle and residence in Bikaner.
The Anti‑Corruption Bureau (ACB) carried out a high‑profile operation in Bikaner, Rajasthan, targeting Development Officer Narayan Suthar of the Lohawat subdivision. During a search of his vehicle, officers uncovered cash exceeding ₹8.14 lakh.
Following the cash seizure, the bureau extended the raid to Suthar’s residence and other associated premises, where investigators recovered approximately one kilogram of gold.
ACB officials said the action formed part of an ongoing probe into alleged irregularities in the officer’s conduct. The seized cash and gold have been documented and will be retained as evidence while the investigation proceeds.
No arrests were reported at the time, and authorities have not disclosed further details about the case.
